The Blueprint
Safety and training

Protect your health while using The Blueprint.

Read these guidelines before starting a session. Use the app's instructions, monitor your response, and seek medical guidance when appropriate.

Before your first session

Check your health

If you have pain, a penile injury, curvature, numbness, erectile changes, recent surgery, or a medical condition that could affect training safety, consult a qualified healthcare professional before using physical routines.

Review the exercise instructions

Read each movement carefully. Avoid unapproved changes to technique, intensity, or duration.

Respect recovery

Follow scheduled rest days. Stop any routine that causes discomfort or other warning signs.

When to stop

Stop the activity immediately if you notice pain, bruising, bleeding, numbness, swelling, discoloration, or changes in erectile function. If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare professional.

Sudden severe penile pain, a popping sensation, rapid swelling or bruising, or a sudden loss of erection following injury can indicate an emergency. Seek urgent medical care.

Important limitations

Men in enhancement communities report length and girth changes after manual training, sometimes alongside devices. Those are personal reports rather than clinical success rates. Research has not yet established reliable growth outcomes or a risk-free technique for manual stretching or jelqing. Excessive or poorly controlled force can cause tissue injury, scarring or erection problems, and injury can also occur without obvious overuse. The app cannot predict an individual's results or guarantee safety.

Persistent erectile dysfunction, ejaculation concerns, penile curvature, or pelvic pain may have medical causes. A clinician can help assess these symptoms and discuss appropriate treatment.

The Blueprint is an educational resource for adults aged 18 and older. It does not provide medical diagnosis or individualized treatment.
